Pleasure Is in Your Hands!
7 Episodes
The Wheel of Consent offers a solo touch practice, for waking up the pleasure in your hands. This practice can help to soothe and down regulate your nervous system, it can help you learn to notice and actively choose pleasurable sensations. Your hands have as many nerve endings as your lips, yet because we focus on what we DO with our hands we have, switched off sensitivity to what we feel INSIDE of our hands.
This is a practice for waking up the sensitivity in your hands. It also radically improves how you touch both yourself and others!
